Sebastiano is very friendly to say at least. Same goes for his wife, very kind and warm people. Although we had clear instructions how to check in alone, he waited for us even though he had recreation going on with his friends. Always responsive and with such a good energy and positivity. He was fast to help us with little things and even though it was a small thing for us, he treated it like it was the most important thing. The house is magical, we felt like living in a fairytale, such a warm and cosy little house. Great for walking and paragliding. I tend to see and visit different places, but we'll come back for sure, it is really something special.

A wonderful stay in a truly unique place. The house is full of character and perfectly restored with attention to detail. Sebastiano gave us great recommendations for walks in Valle Santa Felicita and made sure we had everything we needed. Peaceful, beautiful and unforgettable.

A perfect getaway. The location is incredible, surrounded by nature but still close to Bassano del Grappa. The hosts are warm, helpful and respectful of privacy. We especially loved the evening on the terrace listening to the sounds of the valley. Highly recommended.

A hidden gem! Quiet, relaxing and absolutely beautiful. The hosts put care into every detail and it shows. The valley is perfect for hiking and exploring, and the house is cozy and warm when you return. One of the best stays I've had in Italy.
